Scaled Agile

Larger organizations and agencies are starting to adopt Scaled Agile across their Enterprise. By integrating Portfolio and Program management to Agile, these lean enterprises are delivering solutions faster, cheaper, and can pivot quickly to market or missions changes. Waterfall

Much like construction and manufacturing project workflows, waterfall methodology is a sequential design process. This means that as each of the eight stages (conception, initiation, analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and maintenance) are completed, the developers move on to the next step. Being established years ago, some clients still feel most comfortable with this methodology. Our consultants adapt to this lifecycle environment to support and bring value add to solutions using this methodology.

Hybrid Solutions

Hybrid agile or hybrid scrum is an adaptation of applying some key scrum concepts into a waterfall development workflow and/or environment. Or in larger organizations where the core business is using waterfall, yet a strategic project is using scrum to deliver solutions faster and more iterative. For years, our consultants have been helping customers work in these environments and addressing issues that are unique to this situation.
